Excellent service
The timing was everything he told me two hours a hour a rim it was exactly that.. I was skeptical at first but when I drove my Lexus rc350 after having to drive there I rode away happier then happy saved me $1200. Thanks you guys.. I’m definitely referring y’all.
Above and beyond
I took my BMW in to have front rim repaired. I had ordered new tires for the truck, and was going to have them mounted at another tire shop. not only did they fix the rim but mounted and balanced the new tires without a problem and with and for an amazing price. The bent rim.required my pressure sensor to be removed. I ordered a new sensor and they replaced it for free....you cant fund service like that. I will definately recommend this shop to another looking to get a rim repaired...you guys did a great job, Thank you

I have a 2010 Mercedes S550. The car lost its smooth ride. I was told to replace my rims because they were bent. The cost to replace ranged from $1,000 to $2,400. I went to Rim Doctor. They told me it was only 2 wheels, they fixed it for $220, and did it in under 2 hours. My car is riding like new!

Great service and very informative, I would definitely recommend Rim Doctor. They fixed my wheel and balanced it in less then 2 hours. GREAT JOB!
The customer service was awesome.
The customer service was awesome. When I called I was asked to text pictures of the damage. I was provided a quote for the curb damage that I feel was very reasonable and saved me the cost of buying a new rim. When I got there they took me right in and quoted that the repair be around and hour to an hour and a half. I would recommend this place just on a scale of professionalism.
